She manages client intake and onboarding, supports attorneys on active VCF claims, and oversees the firm's internal systems including HR, case management, and day-to-day operations. Every client who comes through the door moves through a process that Victoria built and maintains.
Before joining Baione Law, Victoria built her legal career in litigation at two of the country's most respected firms, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Weitz & Luxenberg. That background gives her a command of complex, high-volume claims work that informs everything she does here.
A neuroscience graduate of Hamilton College, Victoria brings an uncommon perspective to this work, shaped by the intersection of medicine, law, and public policy. She has found supporting 9/11 families to be especially meaningful, and it shows in how she treats every client who comes through the door.
